Hi!

Welcome to our unique growing family of Metalworks Jewelry Stampers.

Below is all you need, to make your hand crafted jewelry!

We hope you enjoy your kit and create lots of jewelry that your family and friends can be proud of.

If you want to get started as quickly as possible click on these links to some short videos (1-4) and you can be on your way.

Please note that there are different ways of doing things, so some instructions are different than others.

  1. Stamped Necklace (Video - 3 min)The easiest project to get started on is the prism necklace this is for making keychains and necklace pendants.

Hint: Use one piece to practice on till you get it right Hint: use flat part of the hammer Hint you may want to use the ”tilt and tap” method if your letters are not getting fully stamper (see video #6 minute 8:30).

  2. Textured Earring Tutorial  (Video - 3 min) The next project that you can try is to make earrings.

Hint 1: Use the round part of hammer (unless you want to buy that special tool in the video) Hint 2: Our earring loops are slightly different, but you will figure it out! This video will help. Hint 3: You may be able to use your fingers if you don’t have pliers.

  3. Metal Stamped Bracelet Tutorial (Video - 3 min) The final project is making bangles. Hint: The last step can be bent by hand.

  4. Bending Your Bracelet (Video - 2 min) shows how to bend it by hand.

Pro Level - If you have extra time

  5. Full Comprehensive Course ( Video - 45 min) Full comprehensive course in metal stamping including dapping (This video is not specifically about bracelets).

  6. Bangles Advanced (18 min) Tilt and tap, all you need to know for making bangles. Hint: start at minute 4.50 for the optional "hammered look", or from 8:30 for the basic bangle with the " tap 'n tilt method. Hint: The last step can be bent by hand.

Let us know how it went! We’d love to see what you create. You can share them to @metalworks.studio and we’ll share it with our stamping community!

Happy Stamping
